This was an adventure tourism program lasting three and a half weeks. We traveled all around the South Island to get the most out of our trip. We participated in adventure tourism activities such as jet boating, hiking Fox Glacier, ziplining, kayaking and more in order to experience the industry. After (or in some cases before) these activities, we heard from the owner\/operators of the businesses to learn about what they do to run their businesses and keep it sustainable in \u201c100% Pure\u201d New Zealand.<\/p>\n
