Day 12: If I won the lottery…
If I won the lottery, I’d pay off my student loans, buy a new car, buy a house, and travel the world. You know, cover the basics. I might even have a more elaborate wedding, but in all honesty, a huge extravagant wedding wouldn’t really be who Brighton and I are as a couple.
I’d love to buy a new car– I’ve been eyeing the Honda CR-V or the Mazda CX5. I like the fact that they’re higher up, but they are not huge SUVs. They have the higher clearance and utility of a SUV, but they are manageable in size to drive and park.

I’d love to everywhere in the world, experiencing all that I can possibly take. I would enjoy taking a working holiday for a year in New Zealand. I’ve seriously looked into it, and it’s a real thing! You can go between the ages 18 to 30, and you just need enough money to support yourself while you’re there, a passport from a valid country that they accept people, and the buy the plane tickets. You’re also allowed to have a part time job there to supplement your income. I told Brighton that we should do that in the next couple years before he’s ineligible. I’m not even sure if I’d want to go for the full year, but it seems like a good alternative for people who can’t move there given their circumstances.
I’d also want to go to Iceland. It’s all the craze right now, but rightfully so! I mean, just look at this place!

I would say the New Zealand/Australia, the Netherlands, Iceland and the Canadian Rockies are at the top of my travel list right now. I hope we can go to one of them for our honeymoon.
Okay, enough dreaming. I need to come back to reality. One day, one day…
