Day 29: Where will I be in 5 years?
In five years, I have no idea where I will be or who I will be.
I will be married to Brighton, enjoying our life together with our kitties. I hope we will be traveling the world still, knocking off all our places and experiences off that bucket list. I hope that I will be in a position that allows me to feel fulfilled at work. I want to make a difference in people’s lives, even if it’s making them have a good experience wherever they are. I want to feel like I am using my degree for something positive. There’s a lot of room for change and movement, but that’s the point.
I will be in my late 20s, settled into life after graduation. I hope we will be living somewhere like PORTLAND (more on this later!) or better yet, New Zealand? Wherever it is, I hope it has mountains. I also secretly hope that my parents move to wherever I am. I miss them, but I don’t want to move back to Florida just yet.
Perhaps I’ll be a photographer? Just so inspired by the scenery and love around me that I can’t help but use photography to be a creative outlet and a career. Who knows? Where will I be in five years is such a hypothetical question that my answer is:
Anywhere. Everywhere.
Just for fun, this is where I was 5 years ago. I had no idea what was ahead of me, but I can only hope that my next five years will be as great as the past five years.
