Heybrook Ridge [Hike 11/52]

There was supposed to be a break in the rain, which we were hoping to catch but we only caught the tail-end of the break. Nevertheless, it was a fun hike splashing around in the puddles with Koda as we raced up the trail in hopes of catching the view I’d seen in photos.

Driving Directions

From Seattle, drive north on 1-5 to Everett and turn east on US Highway 2. Drive US 2 to the Index junction. Make a left onto Index-Galena Rd. and continue for approximately 1 mile to a gated parking area on the right, just after passing under a railroad bridge.
